Correct title is selected for each passenger (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss).
Dates of birth for all passengers are entered correctly as per passport.
Correct passenger type is selected (Adult / Child / Infant).
Travel Details
Departure and return dates match the customer’s confirmed travel requirements.
Flight number, routing, and timings are reviewed and confirmed by the customer.
Baggage & Special Services
Customer has agreed to the applicable baggage allowance.
Wheelchair assistance, seat selection, meal preference, or other special requirements checked.
Documents & Contact Details
Passport validity is at least six months from the date of travel.
Required visas (including transit visas) are confirmed.
Customer contact number and email address are entered correctly.
Fare Rules & Confirmation
Customer is informed about fare rules, changes, cancellation, and refund conditions.
